Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Center logistic specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our data center. This role involves hardware handling, inventory management, system monitoring, and coordination with vendors and internal teams to ensure optimal performance of data center infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Receiving, handling, uncrating/unboxing large product in preparation for assembly.
• Assembly of customer’s finished product at customer premises on time to contractual lead times and schedule.
• Accurate Placement of product using specialist measuring equipment
• Assembly and fitment of intricate sub-assemblies
• Fitment and routing of cables
• Testing and verification of finished product
• Packing, handling, dispatch of return materials and packaging
• Use of IT applications to plan and execute work and update completion of tasks
• Communication of schedule and related tasks to colleagues and customers up and down stream to ensure seamless process flow.
• Provide training and coaching to new and less experienced colleagues and temp workers.
• Receiving, inventory management and control, pick, pack, dispatch. Manual handling of product and equipment.
• Supervision and guidance to temp workers to ensure safety and best practice at all times.

• To maintain high standard of cleanliness designated work areas.
• Must be hands on and technically minded with an interest in build and assembly of product.
• Experience in a production / manufacturing environment an advantage.
• Able to read, understand and execute in line with Standard Operating Procedures and Technical Instructions.
• Able to build a strong rapport and working relationships with colleagues, customer and other third parties.
• Take initiative to provide ideas for continuous improvement.
• Manual work which entails long periods in standing position and handling and lifting of heavy goods.
• Able to work well as part of team, sharing best practice and ideas and ensuring the safety of self and others
• Occasional requirement to support overtime and weekends during peak periods.
• Support logistics activities in a data center environment.
• Physically fit to handle up to 20kg materials.

Qualifications Summary

Experience:

• Any working experience, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Training will be provided.

Education:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree, Professional Degree, or equivalent.
• MHE license would be an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,900.00 per month
