Analyze legacy datasets to identify, isolate, and remediate data discrepancies, anomalies, gaps, and duplications.

Facilitate data cleansing strategies and pre-migration remediation efforts with business units to ensure high-quality data readiness.

Establish data issue tracking protocols and maintain centralized error logs to manage risks and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.

Design and configure comprehensive reconciliation frameworks, controls, and variance check rules to validate data integrity during parallel runs.

Formulate data test strategies and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for data migration to guarantee functional correctness, data completeness, and business sign-off.
