We operate multiple branches and are expanding aggressively.

We are looking for a highly responsible, detail-oriented and business-minded Accountant who can take ownership of our company financial operations —

Not just key in data but become the finance brain of the company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full Set Accounts & Financial Operations

• Handle full set accounts and ensure accurate financial records
• Manage accounts payable, receivable and reconciliation
• Prepare monthly financial reports, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reports
• Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations

2. Payroll & Staff Payments

• Handle payroll processing and commission calculations
• Manage PCB, EPF, SOCSO and statutory requirements

3. Tax & Compliance

• Handle WHT payments and tax-related matters
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and external parties
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

4. Inventory & Procurement Support

• Monitor stock closing and inventory records
• Investigate discrepancies and financial issues related to stock movement
• Assist in procurement-related financial matters

5. Financial Planning & Business Forecasting

• Analyze company performance and provide insights
• Assist management in financial planning and decision making
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational improvements
• Assist management in preparing yearly budget planning and financial forecasts
• Monitor actual performance against targets and identify variances
• Support cash flow forecasting and financial planning for expansion
• Provide insights and recommendations on company performance and financial direction
• Assist management in setting branch targets and budgeting strategies

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Experience handling full set accounts
• Strong understanding of payroll, PCB, WHT and compliance matters
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in retail / mobile phone industry is an advantage
• Familiarity with inventory-heavy businesses is preferred

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
