Kerja Separuh Masa Bar Crew - Modern Kopitiam, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di VS Market Place Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for drinks crew roles required to operate a new (expected opening November 2026) modern kopitiam in Ara Damansara. Experience working in a kopitiam will be advantageous.

Please specify your work experience as a kopitiam bar crew member in your CV when applying. Ideally we want FULL TIME employees but those who can work part time during our peak hours from 11am-3pm can also apply. Please specify the days and times you can work when you apply. Non Malaysian who are applying need to have a valid work permit for the services industry for full time roles and student visa for part time roles. Those with visas in other sectors like construction and agriculture will NOT be considered.

We hope to be open from 7am to 5pm initially but may extend out working hours to dinner as well over time. This means you may be expected to start work as early as 5am for preparation as part of the kitchen crew.

The kopitiam bar crew roles we are looking for are:

• Head Brewer (Kopi Master)
• Core Focus: Coffee & Tea Extraction
• Responsibilities: Brew & pull kopi/teh to perfection, adjust milk/sugar ratios, master order shorthand (Kopi O Peng, Teh C Siew Dai, Cham Kosong).
• Toast & Egg Handler
• Core Focus: Breakfast Station
• Responsibilities: Grill kaya butter toast & roti bakar, time half-boiled eggs precisely.
• Bar Assistant / Runner
• Core Focus: Bar Support
• Responsibilities: Restock ice/canned milk/supplies, rapidly wash glassware & cups, sanitize counter surfaces.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
