Customer Service – Courier Company (SN EXPRESS SDN. BHD. X J&T)

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with parcel tracking, delivery status and shipment enquiries.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with courier riders/drivers and operation team regarding parcel issues.
• Follow up on delayed, missing, damaged or failed-delivery parcels.
• Update customer and shipment information in the company system.
• Assist with arranging redelivery or collection when required.
• Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and complaints.
• Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work in a team.
• Experience in courier/logistics/customer service is an advantage.
