Job Summary

Manage and process accounting tasks including invoice verification, payment processing, supplier data maintenance, and monthly reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records and timely payments.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and staff reimbursements accurately to meet payment cycle deadlines
• Verify invoice correctness before processing payments to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Upload credit notes and relevant project documents into the system as required for proper documentation
• Maintain and update supplier data and accounting records in the system for accurate record keeping
• Reconcile supplier statements with internal records monthly to identify and resolve discrepancies such as missing invoices or credit notes

Required competencies and certifications

• Certificate in Accounting
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support accounting tasks
• Minimum 1 year of experience performing accounting duties to ensure competency in core functions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to start work immediately is advantageous for seamless onboarding
