Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk and technical support to end users.
• Provide IT support to the office, including computers, printers, and other office IT equipment.
• Manage and maintain computer hardware, software, and IT equipment.
• Perform desktop PC, printer, and IT equipment troubleshooting, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Maintain and configure existing customer IT systems, including PCs, servers, firewalls, switches, and other network devices.
• Perform routine maintenance on network infrastructure.
• Assist in the setup, installation, and configuration of network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Work closely with other IT staff to implement network solutions and improvements.
• Assist with general office IT-related tasks and provide technical support to office staff as required.

Requirements

• Diploma / equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field/ relevant IT technical knowledge
• At least 1 year of working experience in IT technical support or networking. Fresh graduates with relevant IT or networking qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Malaysian citizen.
• Independent, hands-on, and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel to client offices as required.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
