Our client is the market leader in their industry. As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now hiring a new Head of ITSM & Operational Governance to be based here in their Headquarters here in Singapore.

About the job

Your role involves:

• Establish and mature enterprise ITIL service management frameworks, setting standardized operating policies and governance controls across internal technology teams and resolver groups.
• Direct core service operations, overseeing Major Incident Management, Change Enablement, Problem Management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to ensure maximum system availability and minimal business disruption.
• Govern multi-vendor and Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystems, enforcing strict SLA compliance, operational scorecards, and commercial service optimization.
• Formulate executive-level reporting frameworks and operational dashboards to present data-driven metrics, risk assessments, and performance insights to senior leadership.
• Drive Continual Service Improvement (CSI) by integrating intelligent automation, self-service capabilities, and operational analytics across enterprise technology environments.
• Align technology operations and disaster recovery readiness with enterprise risk mandates and regional regulatory compliance standards.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 10 years of experience In IT Service management including service governance is required for this role. Deep practical expertise in ITIL and MSP governance models is required for this role. Proven track record of managing large-scale strategic vendor ecosystems.

Global exposure experience will be = of added advantage.
