Willing to stand long hours and work in clean room environment
Must have at least 1 year semiconductor experience
Production & Equipment Operation
• Operate semiconductor production equipment (e.g. wafer handling, deposition, etch, lithography, die bonding, wire bonding, or test/inspection tools) according to SOPs and work instructions.
• Load and unload wafers, lots, lead frames, or units into/out of equipment accurately and within cycle-time targets.
• Monitor equipment parameters (temperature, pressure, gas flow, recipe settings) and flag deviations to Engineering/Supervisor.
• Perform lot tracking and transactions in the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) accurately and on time.
• Meet daily/shift production output (throughput) and cycle-time targets.
