We are looking for an experienced and proactive Technical Project Manager to join an established international organization in Singapore. The role will be responsible for managing technical service projects, coordinating with customers and global stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and in line with contractual requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong marine technical background, solid project management skills, and the ability to work effectively across customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage after-sales service projects and contract agreements across the marine and power sectors.
• Coordinate project scope, schedules, resources, deliverables, and contractual commitments from start to completion.
• Act as the key contact for customers and coordinate with suppliers, service centers, Sales, Engineering, and other global stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and deadlines, taking timely action to resolve issues and deviations.
• Coordinate technical support, spare parts, field services, and other project requirements.
• Manage contract changes, claims, variations, and additional customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and project documentation.
• Identify potential additional service opportunities and work with Sales to develop them.
• Ensure proper project close-out and contribute to improving project processes and execution efficiency.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.
• Effective communicator with the ability to work across international and multicultural teams.
• Commercially aware, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently while being a strong team player.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
