Job Summary
Join Growing Minds Collective as a Speech Therapist to deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy for children and adolescents with diverse communication and feeding needs, collaborating closely with families and multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for children and adolescents
Develop individualized therapy goals and intervention plans tailored to each child’s needs
Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to improve communication and feeding skills
Support and coach parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy outcomes at home
Prepare detailed clinical documentation, reports, and progress updates to track client development
Liaise effectively with schools, teachers, and other professionals to coordinate care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to integrate therapy approaches and share insights
Participate actively in professional development and clinical discussions to enhance clinical expertise
Required competencies and certifications
Recognized qualification in Speech and Language Therapy or Speech Pathology
Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Genuine interest in working with children and families to foster communication and development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
Collaborative and supportive approach to teamwork within a multidisciplinary setting
Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and family-centred therapy practices
Interest in ongoing professional learning and development
Paediatric experience is advantageous but not mandatory for early-career therapists
