Key Responsibilities

- Data Strategy & Governance

- Develop and maintain the agency's overall data strategy.

- Establish data governance standards across clients and internal operations.

- Ensure accuracy, consistency and quality across all reporting systems.

- Build documentation, processes and best practices for data management.

- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and client data requirements.

Business Intelligence

- Build dashboards that provide real-time insights for clients and internal teams.

- Create executive-level reporting for management.

- Develop automated reporting solutions to reduce manual work.

- Identify meaningful trends across campaigns and industries.

- Present insights in clear business language.

Analytics & Measurement

- Design measurement frameworks for media, creative, PR and performance campaigns.

- Develop attribution and effectiveness models.

- Support campaign optimization using data.

- Build forecasting models and predictive analytics.

- Measure ROI across multiple channels.

AI & Automation

- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and analysis.

- Introduce AI tools for insight generation.

- Develop automated alerts and anomaly detection.

- Improve productivity through data workflows and AI integration.

Client Consulting

- Support client pitches with market intelligence and analytics.

- Provide strategic insights during campaign planning.

- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

- Participate in client presentations where required.
