Overview

Our client is a specialist engineering solutions provider supporting building and infrastructure projects across commercial, industrial, and mission-critical environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing BIM/Revit and AutoCAD drawings, coordinating with project stakeholders, and supporting project delivery through accurate design documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BIM Revit and AutoCAD drawings in accordance with project requirements, technical specifications, and delivery schedules.
• Update and revise drawings throughout various project phases to reflect design changes and site requirements.
• Coordinate with internal project teams, consultants, contractors, and end users to ensure design accuracy and effective project execution.
• Support design coordination and, where required, participate in site visits and technical discussions.
• Ensure all drawings and technical documentation are produced in accordance with project standards and quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and document control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical drafting and design support to project teams to facilitate timely project delivery.
• Stay updated on relevant BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and industry best practices.
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Architecture, Construction, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM drafting, MEP drafting, or building services design support.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with coordination drawings, construction documentation, and technical layouts.
• Experience supporting building services, ELV, ICT, security, mechanical, or electrical systems projects will be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities within project deadlines.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Willing to attend project sites as required.
