Kerja Sepenuh Masa Sales Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,000 di Berjayapak Selangor - Maukerja

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets in line with the Company's sales budget.

• Execute planned sales activities and actively monitor sales performance against target.
• Develop and convert sales opportunities to achieve ≥100% of the assigned monthly sales target.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales volume and value from assigned customers and potential new customers.
• Take corrective action and escalate concerns where sales performance is at risk.

1. Existing customer development

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers.
• Understand customer requirements, purchasing plans, business needs and future opportunities.
• Identify and develop cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Develop new applications and business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Conduct regular customer engagement and business reviews.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address issues affecting customer retention.

2. New business development

• Identify and prospect potential new customers through customer visits, referrals, networking and other appropriate channels.
• Understand prospective customers' requirements and identify suitable products or solutions.
• Develop qualified prospects through the sales process until successful conversion or formal closure.
• Maintain continuous prospecting activities to support the future sales pipeline.

3. Customer visits & engagement

• Conduct regular visits to key existing customers.
• Meet prospective customers to develop new business opportunities.
• Build professional relationships with customer contacts and decision-makers.
• Gather customer feedback, market information, competitor information and potential business opportunities during customer engagements.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
