Role Description

The Facility Engineer will oversee day-to-day facilities operations, including monitoring building systems, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role involves planning and executing preventive maintenance activities, diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment and infrastructure issues, and supporting facility upgrades and improvement projects. The Facility Engineer will collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain reliable, efficient, and cost-effective facility performance. The individual will also help document maintenance activities, maintain asset records, and contribute to continuous improvement of facility management practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Facilities Engineering and Facilities Operations to manage building systems and technical infrastructure effectively.
• Open for Fresh graduates
• Candidates should possess skills in Facility Management (FM) to coordinate maintenance activities, vendor management, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance to diagnose issues, minimize downtime, and ensure reliable operation of equipment and facilities.
• Relevant experience in industrial, manufacturing, or high-tech facility environments is highly beneficial.
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site.
• Familiarity with building management systems (BMS), safety standards, and basic project coordination is an advantage.
