About the Roles
Join an Information Technology Consulting organisation as a Product Manager based in a hybrid work arrangement at Outram Park, conveniently located near the MRT station. This is a 2-year contract role with a five-day work week from Monday to Friday, working 8:30 AM–6:00 PM from Monday to Thursday and 8:30 AM–5:30 PM on Friday. The compensation package includes a Basic Salary + Completion Bonus.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own digital product capabilities and epics across discovery, prioritisation, delivery, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Identify user and business needs, establish desired outcomes and success measures, and apply research, data, experiments, and feedback to product decisions.
- Convert opportunities into hypotheses, user stories, acceptance criteria, and a prioritised product backlog.
- Collaborate with UX/UI, Engineering, QA, Data, Operations, and vendors to deliver user-friendly digital and mobile products using Agile/Scrum practices.
- Evaluate product trade-offs based on user value, business impact, evidence, technical feasibility, and effort.
- Manage scope, timelines, quality, risks, dependencies, milestones, and operational readiness, addressing or escalating issues as needed.
- Monitor adoption, engagement, retention, and user outcomes to assess product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Direct external vendors by defining priorities and expected outcomes, reviewing recommendations, and tracking delivery performance, risks, and commitments.
- Align business and technology stakeholders on product priorities, progress, risks, and trade-offs.
- Ensure products comply with applicable security, privacy, data protection, governance, and operational requirements.
- Maintain required product documentation and proactively resolve issues, improvements, and complex product matters.
- Perform any ad hoc duties assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in IT or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in product management or digital product delivery.
- Experience managing digital products or capabilities from discovery and backlog management through launch and iteration.
- Ability to define problems, establish success measures, and prioritise work based on evidence and impact.
- Experience overseeing product delivery, stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and external vendors.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and experience working with cross-functional product teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage changing or complex requirements while maintaining clear product direction and ownership.
