Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Audit Assistant role based in WP Kuala Lumpur. The Senior Audit Assistant will support and lead audit engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits for clients across various industries. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing working papers, assisting in the drafting of audit reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards. The role involves analyzing financial statements, identifying key risks and control issues, and communicating findings and recommendations to senior team members and clients. The Senior Audit Assistant will also guide junior team members, contribute to process improvements, and maintain high professional and ethical standards in all client interactions.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in finance and accounting, including experience with Financial Statements and related standards.
- Hands-on experience conducting Financial Audits and preparing Audit Reports in line with professional requirements.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess financial information, identify variances, and evaluate internal controls.
- Recognised degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, ICAEW) are an advantage.
- Knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards and International Standards on Auditing.
- Proficiency in audit and office software, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in teams and engage confidently with clients.
- Commitment to continuous learning, integrity, and adherence to professional and regulatory requirements.
