We’re looking for a Go-to-Market Engineer who sits at the intersection of software engineering, growth, analytics, and product. This isn’t a traditional developer role you’ll work directly with marketing leadership and own the technical infrastructure that drives user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

You’ll have significant autonomy, full access to the product and growth stack, and the opportunity to build tools and systems that directly impact business performance.

What you’ll be working on:

• Building analytics dashboards and attribution pipelines
• Running A/B tests across landing pages, onboarding, and referral flows
• Creating programmatic SEO pages and CMS templates
• Building dynamic share cards and real-time content tools
• Developing Telegram and Discord bots
• Managing affiliate tracking and growth infrastructure
• Supporting white-label product launches and partner integrations
• Building automation tools that help marketing move faster

What we’re looking for:

• Strong full-stack development experience (React/Next.js, Node.js and/or Python)
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines
• Analytics and experimentation mindset
• Understanding of SEO and growth metrics
• Ability to operate independently and ship quickly
• Crypto/Web3 experience is a strong advantage

This is a senior-level individual contributor role with broad ownership across engineering and growth.
