The role of a Laundry Supervisor is key to ensuring that laundry operations are carried out smoothly, efficiently, and with high-quality results. The supervisor is responsible for managing staff, maintaining equipment, managing supplies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Jobscope:
Supervise and manage laundry staff, including washers, dryers, pressers, and sorters.

Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to the team, ensuring optimal productivity.

Address staff issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure teamwork and cooperation within the department.

Oversee the sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and folding of laundry items, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Ensure all laundry processes comply with industry standards and company policies.

Maintain the cleanliness of the laundry area and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.

Manage shift scheduling and ensure sufficient coverage during peak periods.
