Role Brief

The Senior Executive, Corporate Finance responsible for supporting the company in corporate finance, investment analysis, and investor management activities to support the Group’s strategic growth objectives. The incumbent will also support corporate finance transactions including capital raising, M&A, joint ventures, and advisory mandates while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Job Descriptions

• Conduct market, industry, and company financial analysis to support investment evaluations, portfolio management, and business decisions.
• Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, cash flow forecasts, budgets, and investment reports to support corporate finance initiatives.
• Monitor the performance of investment portfolios and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement or new investment opportunities.
• Assist in securing banking facilities by preparing financing proposals, supporting documents, cash flow projections, and liaising with financial institutions.
• Support treasury activities by monitoring funding requirements, debt obligations, and cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.
• Assist in mergers & acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and corporate transactions by coordinating due diligence, financial analysis, documentation, and execution activities.
• Prepare management reports, presentation materials, board papers, and financial analyses for internal stakeholders, investors, and financiers.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external advisors, auditors, legal firms, banks, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of corporate finance projects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, financing agreements, and internal governance policies while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses, special projects, and other corporate finance assignments as directed by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment analysis, financial planning, banking, audit, or a related field.
• Candidates pursuing or holding professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, ICAEW, ACCA, CPA) are encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Familiarity with financial modelling and valuation methodologies (e.g., DCF, comparable company analysis) is an added advantage.
• Experience in banking facilities, financing documentation, or M&A support will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive team player with a willingness to learn and grow within the corporate finance function.
