• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso drinks, lattes, cappuccinos, and other specialty beverages.

• Take customer orders and process payments accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale (POS) system.

• Ensure a clean and organized work environment, including maintaining cleanliness of the coffee station, counters, and seating areas.

• Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments in accordance with company policies.

• Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences.

• Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and communicate restocking needs to management.

• Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional attitude at all times, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

• Adhere to all health and safety standards and company policies.

• Previous experience as a barista or cashier in a fast-paced environment is preferred, but not required.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.

• Basic math skills and experience handling cash transactions.

• A passion for coffee and an eagerness to learn new skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
