Key Responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments and account reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Support manufacturing costing, variance analysis and inventory valuation activities.
• Perform inventory reconciliations and participate in stock count activities.
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and prepare depreciation schedules.
• Assist in bank reconciliations, banking transactions and cash flow reporting.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, financial schedules and supporting documentation.
• Support ERP-related activities, including master data maintenance, testing and process improvements.
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, bankers and other external parties where required.
• Collaborate with Kingspan finance teams to support Group policies, reporting requirements and finance initiatives.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by the HOD

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting or audit roles.
• Exposure to General Ledger, account reconciliations and month-end closing is preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Working Hours

• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
• Working Hours: 8.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
