Responsibilities: 

• Requirement gathering and analysis 

• Conducting meetings/clarification workshops with customer 

• Managing stakeholder communications 

• Develop user stories/business case/mockups  

• Conduct review meeting with customer and sign off requirements 

• Gathering, reviewing, and analyzing business and industry data 

• Discuss with tech team on end-to-end solution, evaluate and recommend suitable technology 

• Requirements management 

• Monitoring project progress and log change requests 

• Helping business users in completing UAT 

• Maintaining documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations 

• Identifying specific business opportunities and influencing shareholders to support business projects 

Requirements: 

• Degree in computer engineering, business administration, or related field. 

• 5+ years in an IT technology-driven role. 

• At least one full software or product development cycle 

• Excellent problem-solving skills. 

• Analytical mindset. 

• Good communication skills  

• Exceptional interpersonal skills. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Attention to detail. 

• Business Analysis certification is preferred, e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) 

Advantage: 

• Have been involved in defining business specification for projects in Healthcare sector or Government that is of $5M or 2 years period 

• Candidate should be willing to play the role of QA / Tester when required  

• Candidate should be keen to learn new skills to supplement the role of BA / QA 

• Perform data requirement analysis / data modeling to facilitate on the Metric / Indicators development
