Tanjong Beach Club is a surfside restaurant, bar and club, all in one; on Singapore’s best strip of sand. With panoramic views of the sea, Tanjong Beach Club is an urban getaway serving fresh coastal cuisine and artisanal cocktails, over sprawling poolside daybeds and indoor dining spaces.
Tanjong Beach Club is looking for a responsible and service-oriented Part-time bus driver to support our daily transportation needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation for our guests and/or team members while representing the club in a professional manner.
You’ll be in-charge of:
Safely operate the company bus in accordance with Singapore traffic regulations and company procedures.
Provide safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation for guests and/or staff.
Perform pick-ups and drop-offs according to assigned schedules and routes.
Conduct basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks and report any vehicle issues promptly.
Keep the bus clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
Assist guests with boarding and alighting where required, ensuring a pleasant and professional experience.
Maintain accurate records such as trip logs, mileage, and vehicle-related information where required.
Communicate effectively with the operations team regarding schedules, delays, route changes, or any incidents.
Exercise good judgment and maintain a calm, courteous, and professional attitude when interacting with guests.
Comply with all workplace safety, traffic, and operational requirements.
Perform other reasonable duties related to transportation and operations as assigned.
We are looking for someone:
Valid Bus Driver’s Vocational Licence (BDVL)
.
Valid Singapore driving licence with the appropriate class for the vehicle operated.
Previous experience as a bus driver, private-hire driver, hotel/resort driver, or similar role is preferred.
Good knowledge of Singapore roads and traffic conditions.
Safe and responsible driving habits with a good service attitude.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Comfortable interacting with guests from different backgrounds.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, depending on operational requirements.
