Full Time Drafter Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in AN FU PRIVATE LIMITED Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

· Responsible for production of shop drawings and detailed construction drawings independently;

· Collaborate with Project Team to revise and update drawings as required.

· Ensure all drawings comply with regulatory codes, company standards, and project requirements.

· Maintain accurate records of drawing revisions and version control.

· Conduct site visits when necessary to coordinate design with actual conditions.

· Ensures the drawings comply with specifications and company standards;

· Manages multiple projects concurrently and accurately in a timely manner through workload prioritisation;

· Prepares documents and transmittal form for submissions;

· Consult with Project Managers on project planning and inclusion of necessary details in the preparation of drawings;

· Ensures that all materials are detailed and accounted for in the drawings;

Job Requirements:

· Diploma or Certificate in Architecture, Drafting, or equivalent.

· Proficient in AutoCAD.

· Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
