Working Days: Monday – Friday + Half-Day Saturday
JOB SCOPE
Serve as the main point of contact for customers and provide professional, reliable service
Coordinate and provide flight details to customers within the required timeline
Check export documentation and ensure compliance before processing shipments
Process export permits and customs-related documentation accurately and promptly
Respond to customer calls and enquiries in a timely manner
Monitor shipment and onboard status and update customers on any irregularities
Coordinate closely with Operations, Warehouse, Traffic and Planning teams
Ensure airfreight rates are accurate and updated
Keep updated on changes in airline procedures and relevant regulatory requirements
Prepare and submit monthly customer reports within the required timeline
REQUIREMENTS
Min diploma in Logistic & Supply Chain or experience in airfreight export / freight forwarding
