Job Description

• Assist in the preparation and formatting of business proposals, presentations, and tender documentation.
• Conduct market and client research to support the identification of new business opportunities.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, document filing, and organizing team meetings.
• Attend meetings, capture minutes, and assist with follow-up action items.
• Help in updating and maintaining the team's database of clients, partners, and project information.
• Assist in tracking project status and deliverables using basic project management tools.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• No prior work experience required, this is a learning and development role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Internship duration: Minimum 3 months (immediate availability is preferred).
• Required to be based at Integra Tower, The Intermark.
