Key Responsibilities:
Develop artistic concepts, themes, and creative direction for live shows and entertainment productions.
Lead the planning and execution of artistic programmes and performances.
Collaborate with Stage Directors, performers, choreographers, musicians, and production teams.
Review and enhance show content to ensure artistic quality and audience engagement.
Oversee casting and talent assessment processes.
Manage rehearsals and provide artistic guidance to performers.
Ensure productions are delivered according to creative objectives, budget requirements, and timelines.
Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for innovative performance concepts.
Work with management on programme development and business growth initiatives.
Requirements:
Diploma, Degree, or equivalent professional qualification in Performing Arts, Arts Management, Theatre, Music, Entertainment Production, or related disciplines.
Demonstrated experience in live entertainment, performing arts, theatre, music productions, or related fields.
Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple productions and timelines concurrently.
Strong creative and artistic judgement.
