Job Description & Requirements
Oversee the day-to-day operations of a nursery
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and improve the daily functions of the nursery and projects
Procument of plants, materials, etc
Provide training to staff on pesticides, fertilizers, etc
Create staff work rosters and delegates duties
Plan and review nursery actvities, cost and operations
Create attractive garden and plant displays
Respond to customer request and provide guidance to the nursery staff
Requirements
Degree in Horticulture or equivalent
At least 2 years' relevant working experience
Able to work independently and in a team
Strong communication skills
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
Valid driving licence an added advantage
