Job Summary
Responsible for supporting end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand forecasting, inventory planning, procurement coordination, pricing administration, and stock allocation. Works closely with cross-functional teams to improve forecast accuracy, maintain inventory health, and ensure timely product availability.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain demand forecasts.
Monitor inventory performance and stock levels.
Track forecast accuracy and Days of Supply (DOS).
Process procurement activities and purchase orders.
Maintain pricing information and ERP master data.
Execute SAP transactions related to supply chain operations.
Coordinate shipment schedules and delivery planning.
Allocate inventory according to demand forecasts and business priorities.
Generate operational reports using Excel and Power BI.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain operations.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations.
Experience using ERP systems such as SAP.
Strong Excel and Power BI skills.
Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
