Your Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with potential property buyers.
• Present and explain property projects, features, and available options.
• Arrange appointments and accompany customers for property visits.
• Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Manage customer enquiries and provide timely follow-ups.
• Participate in sales and promotional activities to generate new leads.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Confident, proactive, and comfortable dealing with customers.
• Positive attitude with a strong interest in sales and real estate.
• Self-motivated and willing to work towards sales targets.
• Able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Previous experience in property sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in building a career in real estate are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
