We are looking for Learning & Development Executive

Job Summary

As a Learning & Development Executive, youwill manage training communications, maintain accurate training records,support audits, foster a learning environment, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance employee development.

As a Learning & Development Executive, we rely on you to

• Communicate learning needs and training program updates clearly to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement
• Maintain accurate training records through effective tracking, filing, and documentation to support compliance and reporting
• Provide training records and documentation to support hotel audits, ensuring adherence to company policies and local authority guidelines
• Facilitate a positive learning environment by assisting with HR activities and programs that promote employee development
• Coordinate effectively with external partners to support training initiatives and program delivery

We are looking for someone who:

• Demonstrate passion for Learning & Development to drive continuous improvement in training programs
• Apply strong communication and people management skills to engage and support employees and stakeholders
• Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Enjoy interacting with diverse groups to foster collaboration and learning
