1. Assist in servicing and replacing minor plumbing fixtures.

2. Perform minor electrical work not requiring a licensed electrician such as replacing light bulbs and fuses.

3. Assist in minor carpentry and repair work.

4. Maintain machinery, equipment and tools by cleaning, lubricating, greasing, oiling to ensure optimum working order.

5. Applies paint, varnish and stain to all types of surfaces in order to protect and beautify surfaces using appropriate tools and equipment.

6. Apply carpentry techniques and using carpentry tools to construct, alter, repair, and/or install walls, stairs, floors, ceiling, windows, doors, roofs, gutters, lock, etc.

7. Perform structural repair, alterations, or improvement work such as preparing surfaces for plaster or cement work, studding, wiring and plastering walls. Install glass in doors and windows.

8. To ensure all relevant laws, statues & regulations relating to electrical system and installation are complied.

9. To monitor in coming electrical supply & operate the electrical standby generator.

10. Performs preventive maintenance and makes repairs to heating, ventilating, air conditioning equipment according to instructions such as replacing belts on motors, changing filters, bearing, etc.

11. Responsible for supervising & monitoring pest control operation.

12. Maintains and makes routine repairs to electrically powered equipment and appliances according to instruction from equipment service manual.

13. To monitor and ensure all activities relating electrical and plant facilities and supporting equipments such as air compressors, good hoists, air receiver tanks and air conditioning system are carried out appropriately.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
