We are partnering with a well known fashion brand to look for a commercially driven Senior Merchandising Manager (Fashion) to lead the merchandising strategy and drive the overall commercial performance of the business.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall merchandising strategy, aligned with business objectives, brand direction and market opportunities.
- Lead the product assortment, range planning and category strategy, ensuring the right product mix, pricing and depth across channels and stores.
- Analyse sales performance, customer trends, market data and competitor activity to identify opportunities and optimise commercial performance.
- Work closely with Retail Operations and Marketing to ensure merchandising strategies are effectively translated into store and commercial execution.
- Lead, coach and develop the merchandising team, fostering a strong commercial and performance-driven culture.
- Establish and improve merchandising processes, reporting and performance tracking to support better business decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Merchandising or a related discipline.
- 10-15 years of relevant merchandising experience, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, beauty, sports or specialty retail.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
