Located on Koon Seng Road, our contrast therapy club features ice baths, Finnish saunas, steam rooms, and hot magnesium pools designed to soothe muscles, boost immunity, and sharpen focus. Complete with a health bar for post-session smoothies and coffee, Ice Faction is where physical recovery meets social wellness.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Joo Chiat for a Club Manager at Ice Faction.

As the Club Manager, you are a core pillar of our sanctuary, overseeing all daily operations to deliver a high-performance, premium cold therapy experience. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Team Leadership & Experience: Build, lead, and mentor an exceptional crew focused on delivering an elite member experience across our 7/7 operations.
• Operations & Scheduling: Manage all staff scheduling and operational workflows to ensure seamless service execution for every member.
• Facility & Recovery Standards: Oversee facility maintenance, maintain rigorous health, safety, and sanitation protocols, and ensure all cold tubs and amenities operate at peak performance.
• Community & Partnerships: Coordinate member events, brand partnerships, and local activations to drive engagement and build the Ice Faction community.

Qualifications

• Leadership & Organization: Strong organizational and team management skills, with proven experience in scheduling and staff supervision.
• Guest Experience: Demonstrated track record in premium customer service, community building, and relationship management.
• Operations & Safety: Hands-on operational management skills, with strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Events & Growth: Ability to organize, coordinate, and execute community events and marketing promotions.
• Communication & Resilience: Excellent problem-solving skills, sharp communication, and a calm, positive attitude under pressure.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in basic software tools; experience with wellness or gym booking platforms is a strong plus.
• Industry Background: Prior experience in contrast therapy, boutique fitness, wellness, or premium hospitality is advantageous.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,200.00 per month
