Clothing Store Manager – Fashion
Salary:
$3,500 - $4,000 (Based on Experience)
Location:
MacPherson
Work Schedule:
Rotating Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Monthly Rest Days: 8
Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the fashion retail store
Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve store targets
Provide excellent customer service and professional product recommendations
Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and merchandise displays
Maintain high standards of store presentation and customer experience
Support staff scheduling, training, and daily task allocation
Requirements:
Relevant experience managing a retail or fashion store
Strong sales, customer service, and team leadership skills
Good understanding of day-to-day retail store operations
Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently
Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership
Looking for stable, long-term career development
Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
