Job Summary

• This is a Lead Engineer role primary responsible to solution & deliver the operational efficiency initiatives under Vantage programme, they will be working with PO to understand the requirement, implement Agentic AI ways of working, integration with LLM models to solve business problem and deliver highly challenges requirements in stringent timeliness and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Impact analysis and Solution
• Estimation and planning
• Prepare S.I documentation
• Lead the development and testing cycles
• Review delivery artefacts and ensure all delivery is compliant with eSDLC processes and guidelines
• Change management, Implementation and post implementation support
• Stakeholders management from inception, delivery and production support
• Implement innovative ideas to increase productivity and S2B
• Integrate AIDLC into delivery lifecycle

Must-have Skills
• COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS, IBM utilities, Database concepts, Design principles, SDLC process, Agile methodology, Estimation and planning
• MQ, Webservice (XML/JSON), IMS, JIRA/ADO, SCM process, Change-man/ENDEVOR, File transfer techniques
• Stakeholder management, communication, managerial skills
Other Skills
• LLM models, Agentic Development Framework, Python, AI based IDE, Github/MS Copilot
• Midrange/distributes front and backend technologies/framework
• Banking domain
• Automation techniques

Qualifications

Key Experiences
