Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment and selection process including job posting, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Conduct new employee orientation to ensure seamless integration into the company.
• Support grievance handling and disciplinary procedure, ensuring compliance with labor law and company policies.
• Support the implementation of the performance review process and guide the department head in conducting appraisal and managing employee performance.
• Organize and oversee the staff engagement activities and recognition program across the hotels.
• Oversee employee records, payroll processing, and compliance with labor regulations.
• Ensure smooth daily HR operations, addressing queries from all the staff and The Management.
• Support the Director of Human Resources in creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
• Coordinate and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and service standards.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyse trends to improve employee retention strategies.
• Work closely with the Director of Human Resources to implement strategic HR initiatives.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR processes and employee satisfaction.
• Act as the Director’s deputy during her absence and ensuring the continuity of HR operations.

Key requirements:

3. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.

4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM5,700.00 per month
