Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Specialist to expand our business presence across Malaysia and the broader Malaysia market. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong, long-term relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the Indonesian market, an established professional network, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Working closely with potential and existing customers, you will identify business needs, promote tailored solutions, and contribute to the company's growth by driving customer acquisition and retention.

Success in this role will be measured by sales performance, lead generation, customer satisfaction, and the ability to develop sustainable business partnerships throughout Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital sales strategies tailored to the Thai market.
• Identify and engage potential clients through digital channels.
• Build and maintain a strong client network to support sales growth.
• Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement sales campaigns.
• Provide detailed sales reports and performance metrics to management.
• Keep abreast of the latest digital sales trends and best practices.
• Navigate the local business environment and understand cultural nuances.

Qualifications:

• Proven 2-8 years experience as IT digital sales or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong network of clients in the digital space.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in digital sales tools and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the Thai market and its unique business practices.
