Social Media Marketing Specialist (Remote Job)

Simon & Tom Indonesia is looking for a creative and responsive Social Media & Content Marketing Executive to manage our Indonesia social media presence. This role covers content planning, design, community management, and influencer marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of Simon & Tom's cosmetic products to create accurate and engaging content.
• Monitor social media trends and propose content ideas aligned with the brand, including static posts and short-form videos.
• Design and produce visual content, including posters, advertisements, social media images, and videos.
• Manage and oversee the Simon & Tom Indonesia social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and TikTok.
• Respond promptly to customer messages, comments, and enquiries to support engagement and sales conversion.
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying and reaching out to influencers.
• Coordinate product deliveries to influencers and ensure timely follow-up on collaborations.
• Support paid advertising efforts on Meta and Google Ads where applicable.

Requirements:

• Indonesian citizen
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Graphic Design
• A strong portfolio showcasing design and/or social media work is required
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and TikTok, with a good understanding of current social media trends
• Highly responsive and able to reply to messages and enquiries in a timely manner
• Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
• Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads is a plus
• Experience in video content creation and editing is a plus
• Willingness to appear on camera in the brand's content is a plus
• Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
