Job Scope

• Meet with prospective clients to assess their disaster recovery and carpet cleaning needs
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, with a focus on increasing new business opportunities
• Present and explain the services offered by the company to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services
• Utilize CRM software to manage and track sales activities and customer interactions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies

Job Requirements

• Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of disaster recovery and carpet cleaning services is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
