Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Manage rate quotations and maintain internal updates in the in-house system.
• Convert sales leads into active customers.
• Achieve assigned revenue, targets and shipment volume growth targets through effective sales techniques.
• Develop and grow the existing customer base while ensuring profitable business is secured.
• Support in-house system initiatives and local E2E business development and performance.
• Collaborate with other Sales team members on cross-trade accounts.
• Work closely with CCP Sales to maximize customer support and service delivery.
• Complete reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.
• Manage customer issues relating to shipments and ensure timely resolution.
• Research, analyse, and recommend improvements to the department's business processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree, preferably in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline, with relevant sales experience.
• Independent and hardworking with good communication skills.
