Kerja Sepenuh Masa Lifting Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 7,000 di IAQ Energy Facility Management Sdn. Bhd. Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Responsibilities: -

• Supervise and coordinate all lifting activities at the construction site.
• Ensure lifting operations comply with approved lifting plans and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams, crane operators, riggers, signalmen and subcontractors.
• Verify cranes, lifting equipment and accessories are inspected, certified and fit for use.
• Monitor lifting operations and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Assess site conditions and identify lifting hazards.
• Stop lifting activities when unsafe conditions or practices are observed.
• Ensure lifts are carried out within safe working load limits.
• Maintain records of lifting activities, inspections and permits.
• Attend meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and authorities.
• Ensure discipline, safety, health, environmental and quality requirements are maintained.
• Prepare lifting reports, progress updates and other project documentation.
• Undertake special assignments and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements: -

• Diploma/ Certificate in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years working experience in the construction industry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel and station at project site (Bayan Lepas).

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
