Job Duties:

• Strategic allocation of cases, considering factors such as case complexity, workload, and stakeholder expertise.
• Ensure the smoothdistribution of cases to stakeholders, optimizing workloads for efficient case clearance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and preference for case allocation, and communicates allocation decision effectively.
• Perform administrative duties
• Supporting underwriting-related projects, including attending meetings, planning, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Working with cross-functional teams to provide timely support and services to internal & external customers and ensure that underwriting process are accurate and compliant to internal policy and regulatory requirements.
• Provide ongoing support to stakeholders
• Regular analyze case allocation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and make recommendations.
• other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with computers, software, and databases
• Great time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
