Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Support Officer / Executive role based in Singapore. The role involves preparing quotations, and follow-up on shipments, ensuring accurate and timely coordination of freight forwarding activities. Responsibilities include preparing and updating sales reports, maintaining customer records, and tracking shipments in collaboration with operations and customer service teams. The role also covers responding to customer inquiries, providing information on services and rates, and assisting in resolving service issues. The Sales Support Officer / Executive will work closely with internal teams and external partners to help achieve sales targets and deliver reliable service to customers.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with customers, colleagues, and carrier partners.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Operations skills to support quotation preparation, and coordination of freight forwarding activities.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to review shipment data, prepare reports, and help identify opportunities for process and service improvements.
• Basic knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations is beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and email tools) and comfort with using business systems is preferred.
• Ability to work accurately under time constraints, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in a logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding environment is an advantage, but motivated entry-level applicants are welcome.
