About the Role:
The SeniorAnalyst – Order to Cash (Contract Management) played a key role in the KL BSOOrder-to-Cash Contract Management team, supporting high-quality contract andproject administration services for the CBRE US business. The role isresponsible for reviewing and coordinating contract-related setup and changerequests, resolving operational issues, and ensuring work is completedaccurately and within agreed service commitments.
Youwill work closely with Client Finance, business stakeholders andcross-functional support teams to clarify requirements, maintain appropriatedocumentation, strengthen process compliance and support achievement ofservice-level agreements (SLAs) and business key performance indicators (KPIs).The role also contributes to standardization, knowledge sharing and continuousimprovement across Contract Management operations.
What You’ll Do:
Reviewand verify contract, deal and project setup requests, amendments and relatedchanges for completeness, accuracy and appropriate approval before processingor hand-off.
Receiveand review contract documentation, then coordinate Customer ID, project setupand contract setup requests with the appropriate processing teams.
Assessrequests from Client Finance and business stakeholders, clarify incomplete ornon-standard requirements, and obtain the supporting legal or businessdocumentation needed to progress each request.
Performquality checks on contract and project setup information to confirm alignmentwith approved documentation, business requirements, procedures and controlexpectations.
Reviewpricing-related issues and collaborate with the Manager, IMPACT team andrelevant stakeholders to identify and implement appropriate corrections.
Investigateand coordinate resolution of billing, invoicing, PeopleSoft, contract andsetup-related issues; maintain ownership through follow-up and closure.
Monitorassigned requests, aged items and exceptions to support timely completionagainst agreed SLAs and business KPIs, escalating risks or blockers whennecessary.
Maintainclear and complete records of requests, approvals, supporting documents,decisions and issue-resolution actions in accordance with establishedprocedures.
Buildconstructive working relationships with cross-functional teams and CBREbusiness units, and promote adherence to agreed processes and policies acrosspre-contract and post-contract activities.
Provideclear status updates and practical guidance to stakeholders on requestrequirements, process steps, documentation and expected next actions.
Contributeto training, knowledge sharing and cross-skilling within the team, includingsupport for new joiners and process updates.
Identifyrecurring defects, delays and manual effort; support root-cause analysis andrecommend sustainable process improvements.
Participatein testing, implementation and stabilization activities for approved process,system or workflow changes.
Performother related duties, operational support and project assignments as directedby the Manager.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor'sdegree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
Arelevant professional qualification or progress toward one is advantageous.
Professionalproficiency in English, as the role requires regular communication withinternal stakeholders and regional counterparts.
Minimumof 3 years of relevant experience in contract management, finance operations ora Shared Service Centre environment.
Practicalunderstanding of contract and project administration, including setup,amendment, supporting-document review and issue resolution.
Workingknowledge of service delivery requirements, SLAs, business KPIs, processcontrols and escalation practices.
Experiencewith ERP systems is preferred; knowledge of PeopleSoft or related workflowtools is advantageous.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Stronganalytical and numerical ability, with a high level of accuracy and attentionto detail.
Clearwritten and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explainrequirements and coordinate effectively with stakeholders.
Abilityto prioritize multiple requests, manage deadlines and maintain quality in afast-paced environment.
Abilityto work independently with minimal supervision while escalating issuesappropriately.
Flexibilityand sound judgment when managing ambiguity, changing priorities and processupdates.
