Role Summary

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our Delegate Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, client engagement, and delivering value through world-class business events.

You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, engaging senior business professionals, building long-term relationships, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients through outbound outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and client consultations to understand business needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, prospecting, client acquisition, telesales, or customer-facing roles.
• Fresh graduates with relevant sales, retail, or customer engagement experience will be considered.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationship-building abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
• Experience in the conference, events, or B2B industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, or a related field is preferred.
