Role Description The Marketing Specialist (Performance Marketing) is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness for Like Me Coffee’s corporate and event solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing paid media campaigns, tracking key performance metrics, analyzing campaign data, and producing regular reports and insights to improve results. The specialist will collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals, develop targeted messaging for specific customer segments, and support promotional activities for new machines, services, and events. The role also involves identifying market opportunities, refining audience targeting, and maintaining consistent brand communication across all outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams and corporate clients.
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to identify opportunities, segment audiences, and design data-driven campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support lead generation, pipeline growth, and collaboration with the sales team.
• Candidates should possess performance marketing skills, including managing paid search, social media ads, and basic analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platforms).
• Relevant experience in B2B marketing, FMCG, vending, or hospitality industries is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Petaling Jaya, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
