About the role
To ensure effective allocation and deployment of manpower resources across shifts and projects, supporting smooth operational performance and compliance with manpower policies.
Job Description:
Plan and oversee the deployment of operational manpower across shifts, or projects.
Coordinate with supervisors and deployment officers to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, and readiness of personnel before assignment.
Adjust manpower allocation in response to operational needs, emergencies, or absences.
Maintain records of deployment schedules, headcount, and compliance with manpower policies.
Report manpower gaps, inefficiencies, or planning issues to management.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Knowledge of manpower scheduling and operational workflows.
Ability to manage multiple teams and shifts simultaneously.
Good communication skills to liaise with supervisors and HR.
Problem-solving mindset to handle last-minute changes.
