We are inviting candidates for the position of:

Digital Group Director

Key Responsibilities:

Client Leadership:

• Serve as the senior strategic advisor for key client accounts.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Lead business reviews, annual planning, and strategic workshops.
• Identify opportunities to grow client partnerships through innovative digital solutions.
• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention.

Digital Strategy:

• Lead the development of integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Provide strategic direction across paid, owned, earned, and social media channels.
• Champion data-driven decision-making through customer insights, analytics, and performance measurement.
• Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, platforms, technologies, and consumer behaviours.

Campaign Leadership:

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns, ensuring quality, timeliness, and profitability.
• Guide cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, media, content, technology, CRM, and performance marketing.
• Ensure campaigns meet agreed KPIs and deliver measurable business impact.
• Drive continuous optimisation through testing, analytics, and reporting.

Commercial Management:

• Own revenue growth and profitability across assigned client portfolio.
• Develop accurate forecasts, resource plans, and account budgets.
• Monitor project financial performance, including scope, utilisation, and margins.
• Support new business pitches and agency growth initiatives.

Team Leadership:

• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on innovation and continuous learning.
• Support talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management.
• Promote best practices in client servicing, strategic thinking, and digital excellence.

Agency Leadership:

• Contribute to agency leadership, business planning, and capability development.
• Champion cross-department collaboration and integrated ways of working.
• Represent the agency at industry events, client meetings, and thought leadership opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and digital capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, integrated advertising, or agency account leadership.
• Significant experience managing large, complex client portfolios.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and profitability.
• Experience leading successful new business pitches is highly desirable.
